Privacy Policy

Faithful Notes is built to be a quiet, private place for your sermon notes, prayers and scripture highlights. This policy explains what information we collect, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run Faithful Notes: - Your email address and name when you create an account. - The notes, prayer requests, Bible highlights, folders and tags you create. - Basic app usage data needed to keep the service running, such as sync timestamps. We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or any information from other apps on your device.

How your data is stored

Your content is stored in your own private account on our backend service. It is encrypted in transit and kept in databases that only you can access through your account. Notes are also saved on your device so you can read and write even when you are offline.

How we use your data

We use your data only to provide Faithful Notes to you: syncing across devices, showing your notes and highlights, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data. We do not use your notes to train models or show you advertisements.

Your rights

You own your notes. You can export everything at any time from the Backup page, and you can delete individual notes, prayers or highlights. If you delete your account, all of your content is permanently removed.
